Terms of Use

Agreement

Using burstpipeundersink.info or calling its number means accepting these terms. Anyone who disagrees should stay off the site.

Use of the Site

Personal, non-commercial use is welcome: reading about sink pipe damage and phoning for help. Copying, scraping, reselling and interfering with the site are not allowed.

Calls

Callers should describe the damage and where it is as accurately as they can. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Restoration work is arranged separately between the property owner and the company doing it, and that agreement fixes the price, timing and conditions.

Ownership

The text, layout and graphics on the site belong to Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros or to rights holders who allowed their use. Copying or republishing any of it needs written permission.

Misuse

Prank calls, false reports, automated dialing, harassment, unlawful activity and malicious code are banned. Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros may block any number or device involved.

Links to Outside Sites

A few pages point to government and university sites for background. Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros does not operate those sites and is not responsible for what they publish.

Limits and Changes

The site and its content come as is. These terms can change when a new version is posted, and continuing to use the site afterward means accepting the update.

Contact
