What Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros Does

Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros advertises under sink burst pipe cleanup and related water damage services for homes across the country. A visitor who phones (888) 578-4720 is put through to an independent provider serving the caller's area.

The advertiser is not the contractor. It does not pump water, operate drying equipment, remove building materials, work on plumbing or rebuild anything, and providers may pay it for the calls it passes along.

Independent Providers

Each provider is a separate business with its own prices, calendar, methods and contract terms. Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros does not employ or supervise any of them. Any work agreement is made solely between the property owner and the provider.

Contractor rules differ from state to state, so ask a provider about its credentials before work begins.

No Warranty

Everything on burstpipeundersink.info about sink pipes and water damage is general information offered as is, with no warranty of any kind. Under Sink Pipe Burst Pros makes no promise about when a provider can arrive, what it charges or how its work turns out.

Nothing here replaces advice from a lawyer, an insurance agent, an engineer or a plumber who has seen the specific property.

Insurance Coverage

Only the insurance company that issued a policy decides whether a sink pipe loss is covered. Nothing on burstpipeundersink.info promises that any claim will be paid or approved.
